Conference between Joe Spano and Mark Donnellan:  The following was decided:

  • Relocate rail back to its original position at just above the court 1 to 3 surface
  • Paint existing posts and bottom rail black (to match the new fence on the north side of the viewing corridor)
  • Replace all fence wire with black powder coated wire as per new fence on north side of viewing corridor)
  • Council to cover extra cost of $4,500.00
  • All the fencing around the viewing corridor will look the same now.
  • It will be done once the fence at the north side of the viewing corridor is complete so balls from courts 1 to 3 play will not enter the construction zone.
