Conference between Joe Spano and Mark Donnellan: The following was decided:
- Relocate rail back to its original position at just above the court 1 to 3 surface
- Paint existing posts and bottom rail black (to match the new fence on the north side of the viewing corridor)
- Replace all fence wire with black powder coated wire as per new fence on north side of viewing corridor)
- Council to cover extra cost of $4,500.00
- All the fencing around the viewing corridor will look the same now.
- It will be done once the fence at the north side of the viewing corridor is complete so balls from courts 1 to 3 play will not enter the construction zone.
